seperate rings

turn your hubs to suit ring size…1-1.5mm chamber ensures the sand paper is used more evenly

glue ring to hub…5 minute epoxy….use rubber bands to hold edges while setting

drill hole …glue in shaft…stick on Velcro….the works best opposite the shaft

you’re good to go

hint: use a long handle and support on your tool rest
keep rpm slow to medium
when power sanding… opposite to work piece rotation
