Shipping & Delivery

If items are in stock, orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. With the exception of special orders, all orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 2 – 14 working days for Delivery. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with a tracking number attached.

Privacy & Security

Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd take your privacy and security very seriously. To ensure this site maintains a high level of security we only use PayPal to process payments, all credit card and financial information is handled by PayPal and protected by PayPal’s strong security policies. Please view our Privacy policy to learn about what information we store and how we use it.

Returns & Replacements

Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd provide a 12 month warrenty on all parts and goods manufactured by Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd. The warrenty does not include general wear and tear – including but not limited to the natural rusting of steel products sold without a protective coating. For goods not manufactured by Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd, the manufacturer’s warrenty applies to all good sold.

All goods returned on warrenty will be replaced for new or a store credit provided.  If a good is returned and the product no longer exists in the catalog the nearest alternative will be provided. In the event that no alternative is available the store will gladly refund the price paid for the good.

Incorrectly ordered goods may be returned for a store credit so long as the goods are still in their original packaging and condition and show no signs of use. Refunds will not be offered for a change of mind.

For standard products and quantities please use the store cart and check out with PayPal to order. For wholesale enquiries/orders or special/custom tooling please contact info@woodturningtools.com.au

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is handled by PayPal which accepts credit, debit and PayPal balance for payment. If you would prefer to pay by EFT please email an order to sales@woodturningtools.com.au – an invoice will be sent to you which will include the necessary EFT details and order tracking information. All Prices listed on the store include GST.

From time to time the Jesse Engineering Pty Ltd will run promotions on this store. The individual terms and conditions of each promotion will be published on this website at the time of the Promotion commencing.
